This digital stop-motion video explores the curated reality of social media. It addresses the ways that algorithms reinforce habitual behaviors that discourage users from critically engaging with information. The piece presents the following conclusions: Value your attention, question what you see, and share consciously.

Commissioned to design characters, 2D animations, and a logo, I created original visuals for the documentary short Weeding the Truth. The Harbor Media Productions film was developed for classroom use and focuses on the risks of teen marijuana use. Using Procreate, I designed and animated character-driven sequences to accompany voiceover interviews. For the project’s visual style, I developed a sketchy, character-focused aesthetic.

Working alongside a team of five animators, I designed backgrounds and created 2D animations for the short film Sister, Brother, Knight. The film blends live-action footage with animated sequences. Inspired by storybook illustration styles and painterly backgrounds, I focused on creating textured environments that complemented the film’s visual tone. The scene included here features the raw animation prior to sound design.
